PeptideArk, a brand of Silver Gate Ventures LLC, is committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and discreetly. Please review our shipping guidelines before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • PeptideArk reserves the right to hold or cancel orders pending verification, at our sole discretion.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days within the continental United States.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
  • International shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • All delivery time estimates are approximate and not guaranteed. PeptideArk is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from delivery delays.

Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. PeptideArk is not responsible for carrier performance, delays, or service disruptions once the package has been tendered to the carrier.

Packaging & Handling

  • All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product identifiers for customer privacy.
  • Products are packaged in accordance with applicable shipping regulations for research materials and laboratory supplies.
  • Temperature-sensitive products may include cold packs or insulated packaging where applicable; however, PeptideArk cannot guarantee temperature control during transit and is not liable for degradation caused by carrier handling or transit conditions.

Signature Requirements

  • Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery at PeptideArk's discretion.
  • If a signature is required and the recipient is unavailable, the carrier will follow its standard redelivery or hold procedures. PeptideArk is not responsible for packages returned to sender due to failed delivery attempts.
  • By waiving a signature requirement (where available), you accept full responsibility for the package upon carrier delivery confirmation.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
  • Some products may be restricted in certain regions due to local regulations — it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance before ordering.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for compliance reasons.
  • PeptideArk reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

Order Tracking

  • Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the tracking number is issued.
  • PeptideArk is not responsible for inaccurate or delayed tracking information provided by the carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact peptideark@pm.me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
  • Risk of loss and title transfers to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package.
  • Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, PeptideArk has no control over delivery times or scheduling. For faster delivery, please select the appropriate expedited shipping option at checkout.
  • PeptideArk is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather events, natural disasters, or circumstances outside our control.
  • For packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but claimed as not received, PeptideArk is not liable. We recommend contacting your local carrier office or filing a claim directly with the carrier.
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. PeptideArk is not obligated to provide refunds or replacements for packages with confirmed delivery status.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or regulatory compliance in their jurisdiction.
  • Orders seized, delayed, or rejected by customs are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
  • PeptideArk is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from importing products into jurisdictions where they may be restricted or prohibited.
  • International customers acknowledge that shipping times may be significantly longer due to customs processing and assume all associated risks.

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order.
  • PeptideArk is not responsible for mis-delivery, delays, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address corrections requested after shipment may incur additional fees charged by the carrier, which will be the customer's responsibility.

Governing Law

  • This Shipping Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. This policy is part of and subject to our Terms & Conditions.
