Packaging

• All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product identifiers for customer privacy.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations.
• Some products may be restricted in certain regions due to local regulations — it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance before ordering.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for compliance reasons.

Order Tracking

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact peptideark@pm.me within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the carrier accepts the package.
• PeptideArk is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances outside our control.
