• Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging.
• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to safety and compliance requirements.

Refunds

• Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available only if the wrong product was shipped by PeptideArk.
• If eligible, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Any product not in its original sealed condition.
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
• Products purchased by mistake or without reading compliance disclaimers.

Return Shipping Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.
