Returns & Refunds Policy

Because our products are classified as research-use-only laboratory supplies, we follow strict quality and compliance standards. Please review the guidelines below before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting documentation (e.g., photos, order number, description of issue).
- Products must be returned in their original sealed packaging with all labels intact.
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to safety, contamination, and compliance requirements.
Refunds
- Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- PeptideArk reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above or that show signs of misuse, tampering, or fraud.
Restocking Fee
- Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the product price, at PeptideArk's discretion.
- Restocking fees will not apply if the return is due to a shipping error or defective product caused by PeptideArk.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only if the wrong product was shipped by PeptideArk.
- If eligible, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any product not in its original sealed condition.
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
- Products purchased by mistake or without reading compliance disclaimers.
- Products that have been stored improperly by the customer.
- Custom or special-order products.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at peptideark@pm.me before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.
- Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with PeptideArk may result in permanent suspension of your account and inability to place future orders.
- PeptideArk reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of delivery, terms acceptance, and order fulfillment to the payment provider.
- Fraudulent chargebacks (chargebacks filed for products that were received and used) may be referred to collections or pursued through legal action.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product caused by PeptideArk.
- Return shipments must include a tracking number. PeptideArk is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
- Products must be packaged securely and in compliance with all applicable shipping regulations for research materials.
How to Request a Return/Refund
Please contact us at peptideark@pm.me with your order number and details of the issue. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable. Do not ship any product back without first receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from PeptideArk. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to refunds, returns, chargebacks, or this policy are subject to the Dispute Resolution & Arbitration provisions set forth in Section 12 of our Terms & Conditions, including the binding arbitration and class action waiver clauses.
Governing Law
This Returns & Refunds Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. This policy is part of and subject to our Terms & Conditions.
